Implementation

During
the development phase, when the platform allows it, we will
supply your organization with beta versions of the software for
functional testing purposes. When the software is complete, we
will work with your IT department to successfully implement the
software in your environment. We will also be available on an
ongoing basis as required so that any network, web server and
database server issues can be resolved quickly.
Presuming the software is implemented and ready to use in your
corporate environment, there are still human-based
implementation issues. Our software has embedded help videos on
every screen so that users can access visual and audio help at
any time while using the software. For larger enterprise-level
systems, you might require written user manuals. We can be
contracted to create those manual for you or we can work to help
your organization create manuals internally. If required, we
can also structure a
training program
for the new application and conduct training sessions for end
users. For ongoing maintenance and support of the application,
consider purchasing an optional
maintenance
plan and support plan. In almost all cases, a maintenance
and support plan is much more cost-efficient over the long term
than paying for support or future upgrades on a case by case
basis.
