At
Insidus, we eliminate pricing risk for our clients. After
meeting with your management or project owners, we conceptually
design your custom software application and create a pricing
proposal menu for the project deliverables. This menu allows
our clients to see how each component of the proposed software
application is priced out. By pricing the software before we’re
ever engaged, your organization knows exactly what the
development will cost, with no surprises.
Our new
clients should keep in mind that project deliverables can change
during the course of development. As we develop and hand over
beta versions for clients to test with internal user groups, end
users will many times request new software features or
management may think of additional modules that they want
included. Additional project deliverables are priced in the
same fashion as the original deliverables and approved by the
client.
Upon
engagement, our clients are invoiced 25% of the proposal
amount. For most engagements, the remaining 75% is invoiced
when the first live version of the software is completed. For
lengthy engagements, a schedule of interim payments will be set
up. Certain software applications that we have already
developed may be licensed.
