After
you contact us, we will meet with you and other internal
stakeholders during the discovery phase to discuss your business
challenge. We perform a critical analysis of the business
process that requires a software solution. Once we have flushed
out all project deliverables, we will conceptually design the
software blueprint and create a menu styled pricing proposal by
each individual component. Even during the development phase,
we can add and price additional deliverables should they arise.
During
the development phase, we involve you and your group in honing
the design and functionality of the software. Throughout the
entire process, we will supply you with development versions of
the software for functional testing by you or other
stakeholders.
We
recommend that you assemble a small test team of end users when
we hand over the live version of the software application. Many
of our clients will assemble small teams of summer or co-op
students. Even though the software will have been continually
tested throughout the development process, this final testing
phase by a small group of end users is very important as end
users will provide the most valuable feedback in getting the
software absolutely perfect. We find that during the first few
months of the implementation phase, the wider group of users
will assemble their own wish list of features that they would
like to see added to the software. On an ongoing basis, we can
add to the software application as your business changes or as
requirements change. We encourage our clients to empower end
users by encouraging continuous feedback.
