Every
custom software application is unique. Even though one of our
top objectives is to always create highly-intuitive software,
this uniqueness means that users will require guidance to
properly use it. We also know from experience that very few
users utilize software help menus, so we create help videos for
each piece of software that we create. Each separate screen
always has an associated help video which shows the software in
action and contains both text and sound narration.
For
software that is not overly complex, help videos may be enough.
Most complex software applications might require on-site
training as well as user manuals. At your request, we can
provide training for end users by structuring a training program
that properly accommodates your organization, including training
sessions at multiple locations. We can also work with your own
training staff to create the appropriate training material and
develop a program so that your staff can conduct their own
training sessions.
